Do not base measurements solely on pictures. Pictures are examples of the general style. Always double check the dimensions in the description before placing an order. Once production starts we cannot make changes.
All sales are final.
If picking up items bring blankets and straps to help protect your items during transport. Built by Case is not liable for any damages once customer obtains possession.
When setting up items be sure to add weights (at least 30lbs). Always be cautious of the weather if setting up outdoors.
Pickup and deliveries are scheduled during the week. No weekends or holidays!

Once you place your order an admin will reach out to you to confirm order and arrange a tentative delivery/pickup date. Production will start immediately and can range from 2-5 weeks depending on order size. Once production is complete an admin will reach back out to finalize delivery/pickup location and times.
